Our site collects the log information. We do this so we can see how many visitors we have and which parts of our site they visit. We do not (or try to) identify who you are. We will not link the log data to any personally information you may also give use (via forms, contact emails, comments etc).

On the site you can leave comments and contact us via an enquiry form. We collect the following information:

  • Comments and Enquiry

We use this information for the following reasons:-

  • Improve our web site and service.
  • So we are able to respond to your enquiries
  • To help encourage your interaction with us.

Mailing list: We no longer have one and do not plan to reintroduce one any time soon. If we do, we shall update this section with the appropriate notice.

We endeavour to keep you information safe. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure: we have physical, electronic (we use 1password to generate all our passwords) and managerial procedures to keep and secure the information we collect online.

All credit card transactions are dealt with via www.stripe.com/gb we do not store any account information on our computers.

Our site contain links to other websites. Once you use these links, you leave our site, we do not have control over other website. We are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting these other sites. Our Privacy Statement is no longer applicable on the new sites. You must look at their statements.

We only keep information for legitimate business requirements and only for as long as necessary.

Will will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your expressed permission or are required by law to do so.

We only use your personal information for business requirement, i.e. bookkeeping, enquires, correspondence about orders and comments left on the blog.
