Thanks for shopping at www.brynhughes.co.uk. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it and get a refund or exchange it.

First: We are here to help.  Please notify us within the 30 days via a phone call or email before returning any item in the post.

STEPS INVOLVED IN A CUSTOMER PLACING AN ORDER VIA THE SHOP

Look through our shop

1. Choose the Size and Quantity of an item (prices vary accordingly).

2. Add to Cart.

3. On completion of your selection click on 'cart item / total' button top right.

4. Review your 'Shopping Cart' list and click the 'Checkout' button. 

5. Add your Contact and Shipping Details then click 'Continue'.

6. Select postage options (if available).

7. Additional information can be added to your order at this time click 'Continue'

8. Add your 'Billing' details then click 'Order and Pay Now' Button.

9. We will send you an email confirmation of your order. We will then notify you, via email, when we have posted your order.

HOW A CUSTOMER CAN PAY:

All online payments are via credit card: Our site is built using Squarespace and all transaction are done thought Stripe: we do not store your payment details ourselves.

 

DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS, COSTS AND HOW LONG GOODS WILL TAKE TO ARRIVE

We send all items via the Post Office

Postage costs are added to your order at the time of check-out.

Dispatch: we aim to post all orders within 6 working days.

We will notify, you via email, on the day of the actual dispatch/posting, we use the following delivery services (the delivery times are approx only). 

UK: Royal Mail First Class. (delivery within 1-2 days after our dispatch).
Overseas: Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. (delivery within 5-7 days after our dispatch).

 

CANCELLATION 

You have the legal right to cancel any order within 14 days. Because buying art can be tricky, we have extended this to 30 day after delivery. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility*.

COMMISSIONED PAINTING

STEPS INVOLVED IN A CUSTOMER PLACING AN ORDER FOR A COMMISSIONED PAINTING

  1. Contact us via the client questionnaire form, email or telephone.
  2. Define in writing the scope of the commission.
  3. Email Bryn any reference photographs; in doing so, you confirm you own the copyright to them.
  4. Based on your client questionnaire, Bryn will then provide you with a timescale and a written quote.
  5. Send Bryn an email confirming your order and agreement to the quote and the terms and conditions.
  6. At various stages of the painting Bryn will email you proofs for you approval.
  7. A photo of the finished painting will be emailed to you for final approval.
  8. Please make payment via: PayPal, BACS/FPS (a direct bank transfer) or Cheque (account details to be emailed).
  9. The finished painting will then be posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

SHOP RETURNS POLICY:

Returns & Refunds

Simply return the item to us in its original condition. Goods will only be accepted for return if we are notified within 30 days of delivery.

A returned item should be unused and returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation (i.e. proof of purchase).

We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.

Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

EXCHANGE**

Choosing art can sometimes be a little tricky. How something looks online, can sometimes differ to what you've put it up on your wall. Because of this we offer a flexible exchange policy.

All prints can be exchanged like for like .ie. A4 for A4 or A3 or A3 within 30 days free of charge Excluding postage. 

Please note:

*The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

**We can not exchange customised signed prints or commissioned original paintings - unless faulty.
